AfroPuppyYoga (APY) blends the serene art of yoga with the playful spirit of puppies, all set to the rhythmic beauty of African beats.
In each class, participants engage in a series of yoga poses that enhance flexibility and reduce stress, while adorable puppies roam freely, adding a touch of joy and spontaneity.

Puppy yoga helps them get comfortable around people, sounds, and new environments which is important for social development. After sessions, puppies are typically calmer, more confident, and well adjusted.
Most classes have 20–25 participants, depending on the studio and time slot.

We usually aim for 6–12 puppies depending on litter size and breeder availability.
Unfortunately no. All puppies in our sessions must come from our partnered breeders to ensure they’re healthy, vaccinated, and ready to safely socialize with others.
We partner with reputable local breeders who prioritize the health and well-being of their puppies. They collaborate with us to create safe, positive socialization experiences.
- 40 minutes of yoga and 20 minutes of puppy playtime.
- We have puppy pads available in the studio. Since the puppies are still very young, accidents may happen. Our staff will promptly clean up any mess and provide sanitizer and wipes as necessary. Additionally, we sanitize the premises after every class according to occupational health and safety standards.
- We’re delighted to have children aged 12 and above attend, provided they come with an adult to sign the waiver form.
- Absolutely! Feel free to capture as many photos and videos as you’d like. Our staff members are also happy to assist you in taking pictures. Just remember to turn off the flash. Please, tag us on social media platforms @afropuppyyoga, so that others will discover us
- Sorry, but our tickets are non-refundable. However, we can accommodate name changes if you’d like to transfer your ticket to a family member or friend.
